Infuse the wine Combine the entire bag of Elderflower Sangria Spice, 1 bottle crisp white wine, and 1 cup of brandy into a large jar or pitcher. Stir to make sure the spices are submerged. Set aside to let the spices infuse the booze with their delicious flavors for 4 to 6 hours at room temperature.
Make the sangria Strain the infusion into a pitcher; discard the spice solids.
Add ½ cup honey or maple syrup and 2 cups fruit juice to the pitcher; stir to combine. Add 4 cups of cut fruit (your choice; cherries, oranges, peaches, etc.). Chill for 4–6 hours and serve over ice with pieces of fruit.
